The SAM-SUD (Smart Asset Management for Sustainable Urban Development) project, implemented thanks to the European Urban Initiative, repurposes underutilized public infrastructure in Košice into functional city assets. Our mission is to transform “empty spots” on the city map into a network of sustainable, multifunctional spaces that truly serve the community.

A Greener City: Every repurposed building represents a step toward higher energy efficiency and a lower carbon footprint. We are building the future of Košice on the principles of sustainability.

Smart Technologies: We are developing an advanced digital system for intelligent asset management. Our approach combines AI-based mapping, Digital Twin technology, and participatory planning involving the citizens.

Economic Restart: Transforming buildings is about more than just architecture. We are creating an environment that fosters new job opportunities and provides robust support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
